Summary

The House of Dove Hospice provides 24 hour care and is constructed to provide care for all levels of hospice patients – residential, acute, and respite.

The facility features a 12 patient suites, great room, dining area, library, chapel, play area for children, and large kitchen for food preparation.

The mechanical system consists of a 100 ton geothermal water-to-water heat pump with dedicated 4-pipe chilled and hot water fan coil units (FCU) in each patient room.

The electrical system includes a normal and standby power system, and low voltage system for the fire alarm, nurse call, paging, and telephone/data.

A dedicated enthalpy wheel energy recovery system pre-conditions the outside air to the fan coil unit in each patient room. For additional comfort, in-floor radiant heat was also installed in each patient room.
